This listing is the combination of 2 separate houses that sit on the same fenced parcel of land. The first house is a 3/1 single level ranch. The second house is a Treehouse that requires climbing a flight of stairs. The 2 properties are connected by a walkway in the backyard. Both properties have washer and dryer and full kitchens. These homes are near EVERYTHING! 1.2 Miles to Doak Campbell Stadium, 3 miles to FAMU, 2.5 Miles to the Capital. Perfect for a group of up to 11 people!
We like to give our guests space, so will only check in once or twice. However, we are always responsive and around the corner should a need arise. We do require guests to sign our rental agreement. We allow cancellation with a full refund (-4% processing fee for VRBO guests), within 2 hours of booking if guest doesn't agree to terms outlined in rental agreement. Once the 2 hour review window has closed, the cancellation policy is in effect.
These homes sit on a VERY quiet street in a neighborhood with only 6 other homes occupied by friendly long term homeowners. There is practically NO traffic (foot or vehicular), so please respect the serenity and minimize outside disturbances. I spend a lot of time at the property, always enjoy it and always feel safe.
There is a Wi-Fi smart lock on the front door, which will open at the time of your reservation with a code. The code will be included with check-in instructions to your email and SMS prior to arrival.
This property was built in 1949 and reflects the building standards of the time like Brick interior walls and a traditional floorplan common to the era. Both properties have been restored and beautifully updated to create a quiet, cozy retreat just minutes away from restaurants, entertainment and the bustle of college town. The block it sits on is off the main street and shares this quiet block with only 6 other homes.

We are dog friendly for well behaved house trained dogs in the ranch home. The treehouse is NOT pet friendly.. Limit of 3 dogs, We charge a fee of $65 per dog per reservation/stay.
Our cleaners obtain digital proof after cleaning and prior to each guests' arrival assuring that everything is clean and in place for a wonderful stay.
Any failed payments within 30 days of check-in may result in cancellation of reservation.
We are FIRM with the cancellation policy. PLEASE obtain travel insurance and we will be happy to assist you with a claim. We cannot refund for cancellations that are outside of the refund period, for ANY reason.
We employ Wynd Sentry smoke detectors which alert us if tobacco, marijuana, or any substances are being smoked inside the property. Guest understands that reservation may be immediately terminated without refund if we are alerted by the detectors, and it is determined that smoking inside has occurred. There is an additional $500 fee for smoke remediation if smoking occurs or manages to permeate the inside the property. Inconsiderate guests that ruin the space for others with their smoking have necessitated we take these measures. We recommend that careless smokers find a more accommodating space to book
